Your Role:

The Program and Student Services Coordinator supports students throughout their programs, from logistics to cultural integration, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. It also involves administrative tasks such as managing program materials and handling student accommodation issues.  

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for students, providing information and resources. 
  • Plan and execute program activities, including student excursions and local events. 
  • Assist with student activities, arrivals, and guided tours to help students navigate their new environment. 
  • Manage administrative duties like reception, mail handling, and student communications. 
  • Support housing maintenance and assist with student accommodations in collaboration with the Housing Coordinator. 
  • Maintain records using Salesforce and contribute to improvement strategies. 
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and collaborate with external vendors. 
  • Be part of the emergency phone rotation for student support. 
  • Collaborate with local staff and external partners to enhance program success. 

 

What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with students, particularly international students.  
  • Experience of housing coordination. 
  • Ability to work with diverse identities. 
  • Experience living or working abroad, with a knowledge of the local culture, history, business practices, and academic environment. 
  • Knowledge of the U.S. higher education system. 
  • Authorization to work in Spain.
